1. Provider and scope
These terms govern the use of primeaiscore.com and the services of Prime AI Tech Consulting LLC (“we”). Our services are intended exclusively for businesses and professionals acting for their organisation. By registering you confirm that you act on behalf of the company you assess.
2. Services
- Free quick scan: an AI-generated, outside-in estimate of a company’s AI maturity based on its public website.
- Full quick report (USD 29): a detailed PDF report delivered by email and in your account immediately after payment.
- Pro assessment, certificates and partner marketplace: separate terms will apply when launched.
You may only request assessments of your own organisation. Your email domain must match the company’s website.
3. Nature of the results
Results are generated with AI according to our public methodology. They are estimates and recommendations, not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. A quick scan is not a certificate.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are set in US dollars. Amounts in other currencies (for example HUF at 345 HUF/USD) are for information; payment is made in USD through Stripe. Taxes are added where required by law. The report is delivered immediately after payment; as a digital service supplied to businesses, it cannot be returned once delivered. If a report cannot be delivered due to a technical error, we refund the payment.
5. Validity
Assessments are valid for 365 days. Renewal is offered to existing customers at half price.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to obtain reports about other organisations, scrape the website, or use the assistant for unrelated purposes.
7. Intellectual property
You may use your report and certificate within your organisation and share them with business partners. The methodology, brand and software remain ours.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the results. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
